The unidentified creature, Loch Ness Monster, was discovered by a guy names Jeff Warren, who explained the creature was around 4-5ft in length. Nuts right?
At first, he thought it was a dead seal, but said when he got a closer look it resembled the Loch Ness monster.
Jeff also added that it had small teeth and two fins. The amazing discovery was made on Wolf Island Beach in Georgia, US.
It is unknown whether the creature was fully grown or still adolescent.
The video was uploaded to YouTube channel ModernGalaxy yesterday and has since racked up over 1,000 hits.
And users were astonished.
One comment read: “I knew The Loch Ness Monster was real.
“There is a lot of ocean and tunnels leading to lakes, but only small percentage is explored.”
As per First Coast News, Warren recorded the creature and spoke about it at the nearby Skipper’s Fish House, where he was told of a legend called “Alty,” or Altahama, the local equivalent of the Loch Ness Monster who is said to roam the seas in the area.
A local writer and novelist contacted News4Jax, saying he believes the mysterious sea creature looks exactly like the legendary Altamaha-ha.
This legendary creature is alleged to inhabit small streams and abandoned rice fields near the mouth of the Altamaha River in southeastern Georgia.
